The “Go Digital By INPT” initiative aims to meet the needs of the digital market and contribute to the development of the digital ecosystem in a dynamic of continuous transformation.
The new National Plan of Frequencies (PNF) was adopted and published in the Official Bulletin of the Kingdom of Morocco. In 2017, subscriptions, particularly in mobile networks, continued their growth. Internet park (fixed and mobile) settled in 22,2 millions at the end of 2017, with 30,1% annual increase and 63,67% penetration rate.

The Management Committee of The Telecommunications Universal Service, held it 11th meeting on Wednesday 20th December 2017, under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Dr Saad Eddine El Otmani.
The Head of Government, Dr Saad Eddine El Otmani, chaired, on Wednesday, December 20th, 2017 the meeting of The Board of Directors of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT).
ANRT opens the registration of “.ma” domain names with accented letters to “.ma” domain names holders. This opening intervenes within the framework of the decision n° 01/2017 in February 15th, 2017 related to modalities of the registration of “.ma” domain names containing accented letters.
The ANRT organized, from 14 to 16 November 2017, in Rabat, an international seminar on "Telecoms Regulation in Africa". The seminar aims to strengthen the exchange of experiences between African regulators on regulation issues of a sector in perpetual change, with technological, economic and usage challenges.
