As part of implementing the National Broadband Development Plan (PNHD), adopted by the ANRT’s Board of Directors in 2012, the Ministry of the Interior and the National Telecommunications Regulation Agency (ANRT) have launched a pilot project to equip rural municipalities (whose headquarters have been identified in a white area) with high-speed Internet connections.
