The ANRT is empowered by law no. 24-96 to settle disputes between operators, including disputes relating to anti-competitive practices, in accordance with law no. 104-12. Any claims for compensation are excluded from its scope.

ANRT is authorized to settle interconnection and infrastructure sharing disputes in application to Articles 8 and 22 bis of Law No. 24-96, as amended and supplemented. The procedure for referring matters to the ANRT in this regard is defined by Decree No. 2-05-772 on the procedure followed before the ANRT in matters of disputes, anti-competitive practices, and economic concentration operations, as amended and supplemented.
