In application of Law No. 24-96, ANRT ensures the effectiveness of actions taken ex-ante by monitoring market behaviors and conditions, operators' practices, and by taking measures to address any observed non-compliance.
ANRT is competent in handling referrals for anti-competitive practices and implements the provisions of Law 104-12 on competition and price freedom.
