In order to maintain market growth and act against the digital divide, while ensuring visibility for the players, current and potential, the Government is implementing the general guidelines for the development of the telecommunications sector.
These guidelines are summarized in notes of general guidelines (NOG), which are roadmaps for all stakeholders in the telecommunications sector, and are updated according to sector-specific developments. To date, four NOGs were published:
