In accordance with the regulations in force, the ANRT has examined and approved the technical and pricing offers (OTT, also known as wholesale catalogs) for the sharing of FTTH (active) infrastructures operated by the three global operators, namely “Itissalat Al-Maghrib”, “Médi Telecom” and “Wana Corporate”. The decision granting approval has been published in the ”Bulletin Officiel” of Morocco (in french).
These OTTs set out the various conditions (technical, operational, contractual, pricing) governing the provision by an Infrastructure Operator of its active FTTH infrastructures to a Commercial Operator, to enable the latter to serve its own customers.
These OTTs should create a new competitive dynamic in the fixed broadband market, benefiting consumers in terms of quality and pricing.
In accordance with current regulations, each Infrastructure Operator's OTT is published on its website.
The next step will be to examine and approve OTTs for passive FTTH infrastructure sharing.
