Expansion of the scope of domain name disputes handled by WIPO

The Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure has been revised by the ANRT in coordination with WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). This change expands the cases in which recourse can be had to this procedure. From now on, a domain name under .ma or .المغرب, can be submitted to this procedure if it relates to one of the following protected signs in Morocco (trademarks, trade or service marks, company names, or geographical indications or appellations of origin).
The new procedure will come into force on February 15, 2025.
