On June 11th 2012 at ANRT headquarters in Rabat, the National Regulatory Authority of Information and Communication Technologies (ANTRIC) –Union of Comores –and the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT) –Morocco, signed a memorandum of understanding in the area of telecommunications regulation with the participation of a significant ANRTIC delegation.
