Following the notification by the companies "Itissalat Al-Maghrib" and "Wana Corporate" of a proposed economic concentration consisting of the creation of two joint-ventures, the ANRT publishes its Decision ANRT/DG/No. 08/2025 regarding the exam of this project in accordance with the applicable regulations.
