In Morocco, Value Added Services (VAS) are subject to the declaration regime. This regime requires the presentation, to ANRT, of a declaration of intent to open the service
The validity period of the 1st declaration of value-added services provision is set as follows:
- One year in the case of provision of the commercialization service of ".ma" Internet domain names
- Five (05) years for all the other services provided for by the above mentioned Decree no. 2-97-1024
Renewing the declaration of value-added services provision is pronounced for the following durations:
- One (01) year for the first renewal and five (05) years afterwards in case of commercialization service of ".ma" Internet domain names
- Five (05) years for all the other services provided for by the above mentioned Decree no. 2-97-1024.

Declaration file can be either:
- Submitted to ANRT at the address: 31 avenue Ibn Battouta- Agdal Rabat;
- Addressed to ANRT by: Postal mail to the following address: Centre d'affaires, Bd Ar-Ryad, Hay Ryad - BP 2939 Rabat 10100; Fax or Electronically, by sending an e-mail to the address sva-anrt@anrt.ma; or by using this Contact Form
- Once the declaration file is complete, ANRT issues an acknowledgment of receipt and one or more vignettes. This (these) vignette(s) must be displayed in the site where the value-added service is provided.
